The Associate Vice President for Academic Administration and the Academic Services leadership partner regularly with faculty and staff across the campus in retention programming efforts aimed to support the well-being of the students’ mind, body, and spirit.
Tutoring supports, academic mentoring, peer mentoring, academic recovery, and retention programming
Supports for students with disabilities and temporary medical conditions
Registration of semester courses, graduation degree audits, add/drop semester courses, declaration and/or change of major, change of demographic information, and request for academic transcripts
Schedule courses for incoming first-year students, transfer students with freshman status, College Credit Plus students, and retention programming
Assistance with scholarly journal database searches, access to Ohio LINK resources, access to Library Guides and Instructional Videos, course textbooks available for loan, and support with research, citations and avoiding plagiarism.
Build community and support for freshmen and transfer students with a Life Skills for College course, support the student’s transition to college experience, and retention programming
