Wellness programs are provided regularly such as Zumba, cardio kickboxing, living a healthy lifestyle, etc. throughout the year.
Campus Fitness Centers
Our campus fitness centers give our students the opportunity to enhance the quality of their lives independently, within a group setting, and/or as a member of our athletic teams. Our Fitness Centers offer spacious stretching areas, free weights, selectorized and cardio equipment.
DAVID CAMPUS CENTER
The David Fitness Center is open year-round, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
RESIDENCE HALL FITNESS CENTERS
The Betzler Tower Fitness Center & Olivieri Towers Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days week during the academic year to students residing in those specific residence halls.
CAVALIER FITNESS CENTER (CECCHINI CENTER)
The Cavalier Fitness Center has a host of equipment for all exercise needs, including elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, weight-resistant machines, free weights and stretching and aerobics areas. The Cavalier Fitness Center is open:
Monday – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday: 12 a.m. – 6 p.m.

An active Walsh University faculty, staff, or student ID is required to enter all of our fitness centers.
Intramural Sports
Intramural Sports is designed to further enhance the academic and social experience at Walsh University by providing members of our community with an opportunity to participate in recreational activities that promotes team work, sportsmanship, skill development, healthy lifestyles, and leadership. Programs are available to all members of our campus community who have an interest and enjoy engaging in recreational sports.

Registration
Walsh University now uses IMLeagues to manage Intramural registration. Students can sign up by clicking the link below to access the Walsh University IMLeagues portal. There you can create your own team or join a friend’s team.
Student Employment
Intramurals is always looking for hardworking individuals who value and enjoy the sports environment. Intramurals provides numerous employment opportunities for students.
