Walsh Marketing students have interned at organizations including: Ernst & Young, CNN, Diebold, The Timken Company, Aultman, Mercy Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic, J.M. Smucker Co., Professional Football Hall of Fame, Price Waterhouse, Sirak Financial and the U.S. House of Representatives.
A course devoted entirely to experiential learning is required for Marketing majors in the third year of study. Other opportunities include:
American Marketing Association (AMA) Membership
Available for all Walsh marketing majors, AMA membership gives students opportunities to network and work with local and regional marketing professionals through special events and community-service opportunities.
Academic (for credit) internships in the marketing field
Facilitated through though the internship coordinator in the DeVille School of Business, internships are available with local, regional and global enterprises and recommended for all students.
