The cost of attendance (COA) for a student is an estimate of that student’s educational expenses for the period of enrollment. It is used to make up a student’s financial aid budget, and to calculate eligible financial aid. The cost of attendance consists of billable and non-billable costs. These include tuition and fees, food and housing, books, course materials, supplies, and equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous personal expenses. COA costs are based on the answers you submit on your Walsh University Supplemental Application for Financial Aid.
Billable costs will be charged to the student’s account. Payment is due by the first day of class for each term.
Non-Billable costs are associated with attending college but are not billed to a student’s Walsh account. These costs should be considered when planning to attend college. If a student chooses to live with their parents, or off-campus, then housing and meals would be considered a non-billable cost.
