Thomas M. Herrick Jr. is an accomplished finance executive and consultant with over four decades of leadership experience. After earning his B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mount Union in 1980, Tom began his career at Ernst & Young’s Canton office, where he spent 14 years and advanced to the role of Senior Manager. His work focused on mid-sized, privately held manufacturing companies and a publicly traded professional services firm with a strong focus on acquisitions.

Following his time at E&Y, Tom served as CFO for a variety of mid-sized private companies, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, as well as for a division of a large public corporation with $8 billion in revenue. He also served as CFO for a venture capital group managing multiple acquisitions across the eastern U.S.

Tom is currently in the process of retiring from The M. K. Morse Company, a global manufacturer of saw blades with distribution in more than 80 countries. He continues to serve as CFO of Mid’s Pasta Sauce in Navarre, Ohio, and remains on the board of directors for both organizations. In addition, Tom runs his own business consulting practice, helping companies grow through strategic financial leadership.
