Mario Giganti '94 | Principal Financial Advisor - CAPTRUST
Mario is a shareholder of CAPTRUST. CAPTRUST has over 95 offices and over $1.3 Trillion of assets under advisement as of 6/30/25. He leads the Green, Ohio foundation, retirement plan and wealth management service teams. Prior to merging with CAPTRUST in 2019, Mario was the President of Cornerstone Capital Advisors, one of the largest advisory firms in Northeast Ohio at that time. He is an adjunct faculty member with fi360 in Pittsburgh consulting with and teaching “The Prudent Investment Practices” and is a seasoned practitioner in formalizing, implementing and monitoring asset allocation decisions, the investment policy process and the investment due diligence of money managers. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Walsh University in 1994 where he was both an Athletic and Academic All America. Walsh has also recognized him as the Outstanding Alumnus of the Year and Athletic Wall of Fame induction. He serves as chair of the Deville School of Business Board of Advisors. Mario is heavily involved in the community. He is a black belt and instructor in martial arts, an avid athlete and helps run the local OsteoStrong franchise, helping people improve their skeletal system strength in one 10-minute session per week.
