Heather Johnson earned her MBA from Walsh University in 2006 and brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the technology industry. She has held senior roles at global organizations including ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC Software, Diebold, and Sherwin-Williams, where she led major IT initiatives in digital service management, automation, and process improvement. Her expertise spans IT leadership, Agile management, ITIL service management, program management, and customer engagement. She has successfully built lasting client partnerships, guided high-performing global teams, and driven IT transformation strategies across industries. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Heather is passionate about mentorship and advancing diversity in technology. She previously served as Director of the WISE Mentorship Program at Salesforce and continues to be recognized for her ability to inspire and develop others. She also holds multiple professional certifications, including Leadership, Salesforce, AI, ITIL, CSM, and PMP.
