Project Management Course Highlights

This foundational course provides an overview of project management principles, including key concepts, frameworks, and tools. Students will learn about project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

This course focuses on creating realistic and achievable project plans by balancing scope, cost, time, resources, risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations. Students will develop project management plans and schedules using industry-standard tools.

Students will learn how to execute, monitor, and control projects to ensure successful completion. The course covers risk management, quality assurance, and project closure procedures.

In this capstone course, students will manage a simulated project from scope to completion. The course emphasizes hands-on experience in project lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and the use of project management software.
