Open to currently licensed occupational therapists with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, Walsh University’s Post-Professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy (PPOTD) program is a 33 credit-hour program that provides an advanced practice educational experience which emphasizes leadership development, instructional competence, and the appraisal and application of research to clinical practice. PPOTD students will enhance their occupational therapy practice through mentorship and innovative experiences in community clinical settings. The program supports personal and professional growth through critical thinking, collaboration, cultural humility, and spirituality. Graduates will contribute to the field through scholarship, teaching or integration.
