Walsh University is proud to announce that the 2025 Cavalier Soirée Dinner and Auction has raised more than $200,000—making it the most successful Soirée in the event’s four-year history. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors, sponsors, and supporters, this year's event pushed the Soirée’s cumulative total to $570,000 raised to date in support of students with financial need.
Hosted by President Tim and Drenda Collins, this year’s Soirée welcomed guests in elegant summer soirée attire for an evening of purpose and celebration. The event featured a dinner, raffles, silent and live auctions, and a special opportunity to sponsor a Magnolia for $500—symbolizing the commitment to helping students’ dreams take root and grow.
“The Soirée is a reminder of what makes Walsh University such a special place,” said Dr. Eric Constant, Vice President of Philanthropy. “It’s not just about dollars raised—it’s about lives transformed. The generosity of our Cav Nation means students will have the chance to earn their degrees, discover their purpose, and make a difference in the world. We are deeply grateful to every individual who made this incredible evening possible.”
The Cavalier Soirée is more than a fundraising event—it's a community effort powered by the selfless support of donors, attendees, the Walsh University Board of Directors, the Soirée Committee, staff, and student volunteers. Every contribution, large or small, helped make dreams come true for students who rely on scholarships to access a Walsh education.
Save the date: The 2026 Cavalier Soirée will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, and promises to be another extraordinary evening of community and impact.
