Bridget England Appointed Director of Degree Completion and Graduate Program Enrollment

Walsh University has announced the appointment of Bridget England as Director of Degree Completion and Graduate Program Enrollment. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, this position will play a key role in developing recruitment strategies and growing enrollment for Walsh’s graduate programs and Degree Completion program for adult learners.

“We are excited for the leadership Bridget will bring to our enrollment team and the campus community, ensuring we are executing strategic priorities to impact enrollment. In addition, Bridget is very student centered and is dedicated to helping students find an educational pathway that aligns their futures goals,” said Rebecca Coneglio, Vice President for Enrollment Management.

England has spent the past six years in recruitment and retention roles at both state and private universities.  She has experience developing program-specific recruitment plans, building articulation agreements, and orchestrating large-scale enrollment events, both in person and virtual. England looks forward to creating new enrollment pipelines and continuing Walsh’s work in making college degrees accessible to working adults.

Prior to joining Walsh University in 2022, England served as the Assistant Director of Admission at the University of Mount Union. For the last 15 months, England has been with Walsh University as the Associate Director of Degree Completion and graduate Program Enrollment.

England earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from College of Wooster and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University. She was also selected to represent Walsh University in Leadership Stark County’s Fall 2022 Spotlight Class.

Outside of work, England loves to spend time with her family, especially her husband, Josh, and their two children. As life-long Stark County residents, they enjoy visiting local restaurants and showing off all the hidden gems of Northeast Ohio to out-of-town guests.
