To initiate the process:

Complete this form on-line, print, sign and mail it to Walsh University, 2020 East Maple St.,  North Canton, OH, 44720. (Please Note: This form will not be mailed to you.)

2) Renew My FAFSA - Click here (Only accessible after December 31, 2007)
